质量方针的内涵:Connotation of Quality policy
质量第一：质量指产品或服务，满足规定或潜有需要的特征和特性的总和。只有保证质量，满足客户要求，才是第一位的。公司为保证产品质量，实行质量绩效考核，以客户满意为首要原则。实现客户和公司双赢的局面。
Quality first: Quality is the combination of the characteristics that the product or service meets specific or potential requirements. What we should take first is to ensure quality and meet customer requirement. To ensure the quality, we carry out quality KPI accessment, put customer satisfaction as first principle, and get a win-win result between customers and us.
服务客户：顾客是市场的主体，公司坚持诚信务实的原则，顾客满意是对我们工作最大的肯定，公司在产品品种、品质、售后上向客户提供服务。
Service for customer: Customers are the main entity of market, we insist on the principle of integrity and practical approach, customer satisfaction is the biggest affirmation of our work, we provide service on products, quality and after-sales issues.
环保健康：环保健康是21世纪对工业行业提出的新要求，公司将环保健康作为公司的发展策略，让全体员工树立环保意识、健康意识，做出安全、健康、环保的产品，实现公司经济效益和人文效益的双丰收。
Health and environment protection: Health and environment protection is the new requirement raised on industries in 21 century, we take health and environment as our development strategy, encourage all employees to build awareness of health and environment protection, and produce safe, healthy and environment protective products, to generate good yield on both economic and cultural aspects.
持续改进：公司将持续改进作为永恒的追求目标，让全体员工树立质量意识、问题意识和改进意识，通过内审、管理评审、纠正和预防措施等，进行持续的、积极的改进。
Continuous improvement: We set continuous improvement as our eternal target, let all employees establish awareness of quality, problem solving and improvement. By means of internal audit, management assessment, rectification and prevention actions and so on, we keep the continuous and active improvement.
公司质量管理大事：
1、2011年以来，公司生产的啤酒瓶在国质量监督检验检疫总局组织的监督抽查中均达到了国家要求。
2、2012年9月公司按照ISO9001：2008标准建立质量保证体系，并于同年12月顺利通过第三方审核。公司质量管理体系的建立和不断改进，使公司的质量工作逐渐步入制度化、规范化、标准化的民主轨道，产品质量和服务水平不断提高。
3、2013年3月亨氏对公司进行首次审核
4、2013年4月XX21机试制压吹工艺并取得成功，该机成为牛奶瓶的主要生产线，产品得到了客户的认可。
5、2013年4月全球质量副总裁对公司进行审计，对公司现有设备状态下的质量控制过程予以肯定。
6、2013年6月，公司推行GMP模式管理。
7、2013年公司按照总部启动质量改善实施计划，并在10月首次风险评估中获得了专家的认可。
8、2013年11月相继通过了百威330ml，500ml等的认证，并顺利进行供货成为客户主要供货商。
9、2013年12月XX22机吹吹工艺改压吹工艺成功。
10、2013年12月可口可乐公司对公司进行社会责任审核。
11、2014年7月相继通过百威600ml、460ml、580ml、500ml等的认证，并顺利进行供货成为武汉专属供应商。
12、2014年8月成功通过百威工厂审计，并根据百威要求持续改进。
